Yes, I don’t know why I didn’t think of it earlier cookie (the way the tomato was cooked, I’ve been having the other 2 the whole time).

Judy, tasty.  I would also enjoy that.
At the last minute  , last night I made Spag Bol. After cooking sweet stuff all day it was very welcome.

Last night was Chicken & Vegetable pies from the freezer with potato mash, cauli, broccoli & silver beet..  Stewed apricots for dessert.

Tonight will be Chow Mein, baby potatoes and baby carrots.  Apricots for dessert again.

Last night we had a slow roasted piece of brisket in a tomato type sauce. We then shredded it and thickened the sauce and had it in Chookie’s No Fuss Rolls.
Tonight is pizza.

Chookie the layered steak salad is easy as ,also great if people drop in and you don’t have enough steak for everyone. On a large rectangular plater start with Lettuce or baby spinach your vegetables blanched ( I used the termosever  lid on for as long as it takes five minutes or so )  poured boiling water over them . Same with the rice glass noddles in thermo server boiling water leave to cook drain put back in thermo server to keep warm . So noddles them slice the steak put on top add pomegranate molasses and juices of the meat . It’s so easy , just use what you have .
