Kids were both out so DH and I went to our local Indian. I asked them lots of questions about their naan bread and about a couple of the dishes we had to help us out with our home tandoor. They were thrilled to talk to me and even took me into the kitchen to the chef and owner and got me to feel the texture of the dough and get a few more tips off them. They are a lovely group of people and I'm sure their tips will help us a lot.
