Scrapped the chicken parmigiana idea because we have no potatoes to make homemade chips. So I went with a chicken curry instead

Just finished dinner - FIL dropped it in...
A piece of fish (not sure what type, it was white!!) with cheese and herbs on it, hot tomato halves, peas and carrots. It was delicious.

Running around all day, so just grabbed taco stuff.  Call it intuition, but bought 3 boxes taco shells, and extra mince....ended up with an extra 2 mouths to feed, so all worked out.

Apparently I am still contagious to be near my girls ATM - so missing them, almost glad I feel rotten as if I felt well I would go crazy without them here!
