Thats alright then ;D If my brother went vegetarian and lost weight there would be nothing left of him :o
Don't do it if you enjoy meat Mandi. And you're already making a big change by giving up smoking, so it would probably be too much for your mind and body to cope with if you deprived yourself of meat as well :( Just my thoughts :)

No not in the slow cooker. Only in the oven

In the slow cooker is so good. After 6-8 hours you can pull the leg bone straight out and the meat just falls apart ;D

No, not really Amy.  I didn't have a proper lunch (smoothie) and I was starving after a bush walk so took the quick option of take away.   I don't regret it though as it was pretty yummy.  I had Butter Chicken from my local Indian take away.  I am still searching for a TMX recipe that can match it.... I am sure it is out there, I just haven't found it yet.

Well at least it was good :)
And I think there is a really good butter chicken somewhere, maybe in the Indian book? I'm sure someone will point you in the right direction ;)

Yep, tried that one JD. Although it was nice it is not what I consider to be a tradional butter chicken.
