Is it your first air fryer Margaret?
Yes Judy it is.  We had one of those Easy Cook ovens in the caravan but I prefer this.

I couldn’t live without mine, it’s used daily unless I’m having salads.

They look nice Chookie.
I'm another who loves her AF. We have an Easy Cook too Margaret, it's mainly used in the van, but I do cook our roasts in it.

I'm making a loaf of some sort of bread for a friend at Car Club later today and I have my weekly Rye SD rising.

I bet those muffins are very tasty Chookie.  I like savoury muffins, used to make them regularly 40 years ago to have with soup but don’t bother these days.

The Muffins were good.  I cooked then in the Muffin Top tins that Judy gave me. I used the spread that Alyce developed and used GF flour and Spelt flour.

No cooking here. I went to the podiatrist, who was running late, then on to the local Westfield to pick something up for DD that she had ordered, then onto the food shopping.

I have had a full on cooking weekend this week - mushroom quesadillas, eggplant and potato goulash, zoodles with avocado sauce, vege stew, RTE's rice and vegetable bake and a Mediterranean butternut bake.  I was planning on making an apple teacake tomorrow for a birthday at work, but don't know if I will have time for that.

The biscuit barrel is almost empty so we need something for that. I also have SD starter for my weekly rye bread growing and a Classic Loaf rising.

Might make some jam.  I’ve got some bottled plums from last year, some apples need using and berries in the freezer.

I've made another loaf of bread for DH to take to our friend at car club. DD requested some Ukrainian Garlic Bread (nothing special I don't think) as DH's parents are from the Ukraine.
