Don and I aren't exchanging gifts this year. Actually I'm not buying gifts for any of my family. We all have so much.
SS on the forum is all that I'm doing in the gift giving department this year.
I'm not going to participate in the work SS this year either.

My husband and I never really exchange gifts, I generally buy what I want, or tell him, so there's no surprise. We only tend to get something for our birthdays, or we might buy something at Christmas and call it a gift to ourselves.

All my  gift giving is going to the Palliative Care unit here in Cairns. I have been trying for weeks to corner the social worker when she is there but the business of dying never stops. I will try again this Monday.  You are so right Michele.we all have more than our needs. I am so happy to just receive my SS. Perfect.

I'm getting my DH a welder for Christmas :) it's a double gift because I'm sure I'll like what he makes/fixes with it 😁
I gave him a new Makita cordless drill for his birthday and I've been very happy with it 😁😁

Cuilidh the discount code expired ages ago I'll let you know if I see another one.
I also have no idea what to get my DH for Xmas or his birthday next week. He will probably want something for the yacht. It DS birthday today and he asked for a pestle and mortar better go and wrap it before he arrived.

I like to give DH something to open Christmas morning. It's usually only a small thing as we buy what we want too. We have our wedding anniversary just after Christmas but we don't exchange gifts for that.

Here is my little 'green machine'. I haven't taken a photo of him, only the box. He is busy on the floor sweeping up the dust etc. ( I thought my floor was clean until he started)
