Smoked Chicken Pate - Merry Christmix

Just a quick review, but what a simple, quick recipe that looks impressive, and is sure to be well received. 

(butter still melted in pic - couldn't wait  ;) )

Haha, yes cooking up a storm here. Such perfect time to get both my thermomix and this book, with DD's birthday last week, and the work xmas party this week.

Will post after the party with how all the nibbles went down!

I bought and downloaded the book today and earmarked this as a must cook for Christmas.
