Ingredients:

4 Tbs    maple syrup
3/4 cup   blueberries or mixed berries (not strawberries) -If frozen or canned, drain
100   gm    unsalted butter
100   gm    caster sugar
2           eggs
100   gms   SR flour

Preheat oven 180 c. Grease and line bottom of 4 ramekins with baking paper. Place 1 tabsp of maple syrup and some berries in each. Cream butter and sugar for 20 sec at sp3. Place mixture in 4 ramekins and then place these ramekins in a baking dish half filled with hot water (water should come half way up on the outside of the ramekin). Cover with greased foil and bake for 40 min. Invert ramekin gently and serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Yum.

Oh another super recipe that is so easy and I know would taste very nice. I'll definitely be making this one too.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
