Work today and I had a wonderful time. Was supposed to be sent to oncology for the day but as it is coming up to the anniversary of my late DH's passing another nurse offered to go - bless her.
I must say, I had 6 of the nicest patients to look after.

I'm pleased to hear that DFM :-*

I've been doing a little cooking today, but mainly trying to keep warm. It is blowing a gale here, pouring rain and of course hail. It looks like it will clear soon.

I can relate to you there cookie. Its been coming down in buckets here too :(

a beautiful day here in Melbourne too.  Been playing in the veggie patch, had a nice visit from a friend and then a nice couple of hours playing in photoshop and painter.  Tuesday's are MY day!

Lovely day here too Jude although it did become windy at times.  It was too hot for me out in the garden with GS, hate to think how I am going to cope when summer arrives :-))

It sounds as if you work with some nice, caring people Michele.

Never heard of ICE numbers and Amy, I hope your skin returns to normal soon.

Thanks Judy. I had never heard of ICE numbers until a couple of years ago either. Even then it took me about a year before I put one in my phone.

I have ICE numbers in my phone, but my phone is locked so as Wonder mentioned no-one could probably get to them if they were needed

Another long boring day at work for me dealing with I.T. problems. Hoping for a better day tomorrow  :)

Quick tidy up here too as the cleaner is due at 1 pm then I am going for a back massage.  Works out well as at least there will be someone with Geoff for the short time I am out.

Just back from meeting DD at Lincraft, GD going on a Guides camp on Friday and has to have a camp blanket and a tea-towel dilly-bag.  Then we went to the factory outlet at Bata shoes, I needed new gumboots (got snazzy purple and pink) and a lovely pair of pretty back flats.
