I am shaking so much right now, just had the most terrible experience ever. The girls were playing outside, then the 2 older ones came in, I asked where their little sister was, to which I got "dunno, we thought she came inside ages ago." No miss22mths inside, search outside to no avail.  :( Started to panic, asked the neighbors who were sitting outside if they had seen her, they hadn't.  :( They kindly went up the street looking for her, I went down. No child to be seen anywhere, and we don't even know how long she has been missing to work out how far she could have got. Thankfully my SIL turned up so she kept searching here and kept the other girls under watch. I ring DH who is in the doc waiting room, who says he will come straight away. I go to get in the car to go around the block................and there she is.  :D I am so relieved I promptly  :'(. Not a nice experience at all - think I need a rum now!!  ;)

I understand how you feel astarra. DD1 who is now 27 did something like that to us once when she was about that age. It is the most horrible experience you can imagine.

Astarra, you need that rum.

That is scary, glad DD is ok and safe. :)

Panic over, relax now with a cuddle and a cup/glass of something astarra.  It would be a terrible thing, did anyone call out to her?

Glad everything is okay astarra, that would give you quite a scare.
Amy, hope all goes well with your tests.  :)
Haven't done a lot today just tried to keep out of trouble.   ;D
E.S. hope they can fix your oven for you, otherwise it can be a real pain trying to get one to fit in the old space.  I personally think they deliberately  change the sizes of the ovens etc to create these problems, that way we have to spend more money.

I love it Judy. I did one of Tenina's seeded breads instead. I put it in the loaf tin and I can smell bits coming out and getting burnt.

Astarra what a dreadful experience. I had it once with a child I was looking after for a few hours. We lived in Broome at the time. I found him curled up asleep on the floor of the shower. It was bare concrete and a hot day, so hew obviously cooled off there.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Thanx everyone for your kind messages, have stopped shaking now - just. Yes JD, we were all yelling her name etc, have no idea how it took us over 3/4hr to find her (from when we realised she was missing.)  :(  Am so glad the outcome was good, makes you realise just how easily these things happen. I think the girls are all getting sick of being cuddled now...DH was just as bad as me when he got home.
BTW, the rum was nice!  ;)
Thank you all for your support once again.  :-*

Nice monkey Den!  :)

Actually I have turned into a baby Orangutang. This is a photo that DW took on our holiday to Borneo several years ago.

Sorry Den, I must get my facts right before I accuse people of turning into monkeys ;D

I must say you are a very cute baby Orangutang :D
