They look interesting, Judy. What do wattleseeds taste like?
-
Hard to describe Marina, different but nice in this recipe. I'm making a hamburger for tea tonight so will use the onions for that. Karen gave me a packet ages ago. I found them today and decided it was time to use them in something. I think CC bought some when she was in Adelaide, have you used any of yours Denise?

Not yet Judy :-[

I remember now that I bought it to make Chookie's Pumpkin and Wattleseed bread.Must get on to that ;D
-
Sound like a great addition to hamburgers ... Just have to get some wattle seed
-
CC that bread is very tasty.

I remember the bread when we went to WA. Where did you all get the wattle seeds/powder from?
-
From the Adelaide Central Market Michele. If you can't find any up your way, perhaps I can take a trip into town to buy a packet for you.
-
I managed to buy some, but I can't remember where. It was quite a while ago.

If Judy has no luck in Adelaide, I should be able to get some for you as well if you want. Let me know.
