Picked salad from garden to have with salmon.  Had made some Kefir but it didn’t set properly.  I had used Lactose free milk. It was more like Buttermilk.  So I made a Buttermilk dressing. Jamie Oliver recipe. It included caramelised almonds and seeds. Strawberries to follow.

Yes I think that you are all correct, DD is managing but what can you do , just waiting to here from the official board (VCE)and everyone has to agree !!
Roast Beef eye fillet , roast vegetables and a quick stir fry , DS poked faces at the stir fry.. he really is a fusspot , but I should not of put the cornflower in and it would have been fine .
Now I’ve used up all my criovac meat, I’ll have to hit the freezer or go shopping , not really intrasted in doing that . Fruit and veg order comes tomorrow that’s a bonus .

KAtie, agree , not a lot that you can do for the year 12 kids, just let them know you are there for them.
Chicken breast out of freezer. Marinate in failed  Kefir and then? Maybe sauce of Lemon juice and capers.  Loving the fresh salad from garden. Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, raw Zucchini and chives.

Meatballs in a mushroom sauce.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Seafood risotto, used Aldi seafood mix, no nasties . Gobbled up . Might have been hungry after helping do our paddock burn off.

I wished you lived closer Judy, my DS said he would have to start throwing fish back as everybodies freezers (family, friends, neighbours, even our neighbours) are full of the fish he & DIL have caught.
