Title: What should I make

My TM probably shipped today, and anticipation is building.  With a little luck, I should have it Friday.  Soooooo, what should I cut my teeth on?  Remember, nothing scares me in the kitchen;  I don't care how difficult the recipe is.  Rice pudding is surely on the list, but I'm not sure what else.  The larder is full so bring on your suggestions :)

Start freezing ice cubes of water and fruit juices.  Sorbets have to be one of the easiest.  Check out the videos.

Also, you will have to do risotto - it's another (as baf65 has said) that features on the demo list.

My first attempt was making the vegetable stock.  I now will not use any other type of stock, I really love it and vegetarian friends are happy to eat my cooking.
Let us know what you make.  That is if you have time when the Thermomix arrives, I'm sure you'll be very busy.
