I keep buying cookbooks. I just enjoy reading them. However this one has lots of very easy, delicious recipes.

I picked up my wedding ring from the jeweller this morning after having resized.    I have lost 14kg over the past few months and my ring kept sliding off and I was afraid I might loose it.

Cooked beef in stout for GS and friend.  They loved it. Bananas fritters to follow. GS is cooking for himself. I gave him a large pot that I haven’t used since shifting. He replaced a light fitting that wasn’t working.
I’m going to make Cornish Pasties today. I cook the filling in the Microwave prior to forming the pasties.

I made a Classic loaf today and some discard crackers. There are no crackers left, we all kept grabbing a couple to nibble on.

We had a beef stir fry.
