I am following the 5.2 Fast Diet and on 5 days I am using the recipes from the World's Best Diet. The recipes are very interesting and this is one I have converted to TMX, to have on a thin slice of Sour Dough bread. It is delicious and very easy to make..
Ingredients
1 ripe Avacado, stone removed and scraped from skin.
100g dark chocolate, I used Lindt 70 %.
2 Tablespoons of natural Almonds
1 Tablespoon on pure floral Honey
1/2 lime juiced, I used lemon
Salt and Pepper
Method
Place chocolate in TMX bowl and grind, to rough powder
Melt chocolate, 30 seconds, 50 0, speed 1.
Add almonds, mix 10 seconds, speed 7. scrape down bowl.
Add Avacado,Honey, juice and pinch of salt and Pepper.
Mix 10 seconds, speed 7. scrape down
Mix again 10 seconds , speed 3.
Scrape into a container, seal and refrigerate.
Notes
10g (1 slightly heaped teaspoon) 30 calories.
Will keep for 1 week.
Because of the intense chocolate flavour, very little is needed.

Interesting lunch Chookie. You might catch Ral at the fridge snacking on the leftovers, better watch him ;D
-
Judy, Ral doesn't like dark chocolate, yippee.
-
Well, that's a bonus Chookie LOL.
-
That's amazing Chookie. I remember Tenina making a chocolate icecream with a similar recipe at her first book launch. No one seemed surprised that the "icecream" didn't melt as the evening went on.
-
Yum Chookie, I will substitute the honey for maple syrup or agave. Not a big fan of agave. :D
-
This looks like a real yummy treat for dieters Chookie ;D
-
Michele, I will be interested to see how the Maple Syrup goes. I was wondering about Cashews as they are really creamy, but the Almonds do give it a nice texture.

I like the look of this very much, however I don't think I would dare to make it as it would be far too easy for me to convince myself that 1 desertspoon on my slice of bread is really not much more than 1 teaspoon and that would negate any positive benefits from a lovely diet spread.

Marina, not to worry, it is so intense in Flavour that you won't be tempted to use too much.
