I have a chicken cooking in the slowcooker now, we will have it with potato slices, steamed veg and gravy.  :)

Sadly no AF tonight as DH not coming in for dinner.  :(
 Thermie is on making minestrone soup which I will have and DH can have for lunch to tomorrow.

I made Mary Berry's Lamb dhansak to have for supper tonight.It was delicious.I used the TM for part of the process of the recipe but cooked it in the oven for two hours.I did reduce the honey to two tablespoons.

CC - the lamb dhansak looks fabulous - just wondering if chicken might work as I can't eat lamb.  Only one way to find out! ;) ;D

JulieO - I've printed out the recipe for the Hellenic Grain Salad - really looking forward to trying it.  It looks so good I was wondering if that recipe needed its own thread so more people can find it . . . .just a thought :) - thanks very much for posting it . .  :-*
