Last night, my sister and I didn't feel like much, so we had Bruschetta using a home made crusty loaf I'd made earlier in the day (just a Laucke Crusty White). Delicious!! Drizzled bread slices with OO, fried until lightly browned, brushed with crushed garlic and basil pesto (from a jar), and topped with finely diced red onion and chopped tomato. Added some fetta which was lovely too.
