JulieO, BC is one of my fav curries. The one in the Indian Book I find very average.

Hoefully my pc book will be here soon, love to hear & see how it goes.

Jimmy in masterchef speciality  was Indian Food so am keen to try. Its on here converted by brooke from memory. Its on my to do list.

My bolognese is a mish-mash of several recipes I've used over the years, I do the prep in TM then chuck it on the slow cooker. Using prosciutto instead of bacon this time because I found some inthe fridge which needed using up.

I make it up as I go along :D

Fry some onion and garlic, add the mince, cook it down a bit. Add tomato paste, stock, lentils, spinach, mushrooms, seasoning. Let it simmer for a while. Add some tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce. Thicken with cornflour ;)

Thats the basic idea anyway ;D

Steak and vegies again tonight.
I am seeing a light at the end of the tunnel with my freezer. Should be ready to defrost the big drawer freezer by the weekend.  ;D
