The casserole looks lovely.
I'll have to get some of that sauce from Aldi, sounds yummy.

Chicken Kiev with mash and vegies. The vegies look sad and tasted really ordinary. Found a bag in the freezer and thought I should use them up. Harry (gorgeous hound) ended up having them with his dinner.

We had squid in a cheese sauce, with pasta, chilli and spinach. Very nice. DD made a lovely apple frangipane pie.

Steak, peas, new potatoes and creme caramel ( a cheat by Bon Maman).

Steak was disappointing and it was from another farmer. Ah well, won't buy their beef again. But won't have to as have whole beef heifer of our very own coming ready soon.

Roast chicken tomorrow though.

Used my new pressure cooker with success last night.
Diced beef, tin diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, onion flakes, garlic and Italian herbs. Served on top of thermie mashed potato with veges on the side.
The meat was so tender.
