They look very tasty. We are having soup tonight, sadly no time to make anything special to go with it.

Nothing made here today.

Chookie, RTE's Samosa pie was delicious.  It needed a few prep. steps, but worth it.  I ended up with a very big pie and made a (long!) sausage roll with the left overs.  I dropped out the fennel seeds because I don't like them and DH thought a bit more ground cumin would be good.

Thanks Marina. I will check that out for next week's menu plan.

I made a Not Quite Nigella Pumpkin, Sultana and Walnut loaf this morning. I made 2 from the mixture as it would have flowed over my loaf tin otherwise. It looks ok, will taste it later.
I've also made my usual rye SD    overnight loaf. I also hope to start the  Golden Oatmeal bread from the Tivoli Bakery book again.

This Pumpkin loaf is really nice. I didn’t put butter on it and it’s still delicious.

Marina, I had looked at that a pie and thought it looked interesting.

The pumpkin loaf looks good Cookie as do your English muffins Chookie.

Not a lot of cooking happening here.

Nice baking ladies.  I’ve only made a crustless quiche.

I cooked my Oat SD today. It turned out much better than the last one. I had a bit of a fiddle with the recipe and also followed some advice. It is very soft. Suits DH and DD.
