-oh yes, I forgot to say that the beauty of the picture hanging strips is that I can just remove the frame if I need the recipe and put it on my recipe stand, then put it back on the door when I'm done :)

Wow great idea jam.  Its a real classy look. But don't think I have enough doors in my kitchen for all my favourite recipes ;) :D

Thanks Cookie, I'm not completely happy with it yet, but it's a work in progress... I plan on fiddling with fonts etc so DH can easily find the recipes he needs :D:D:D

I made it Cookie.
You just buy 1 litre of enamel paint any color, and mix in the tile grout, and paint. let dry,

have heaps left over still.

My very first online user name was Tracy606 which was selected at random by Yahoo. Not sure what significance the numbers are. Since getting our dog Sparky, I've changed my online name to Sparky606.

Interesting story about our kitchen too. When we were moving in to our first home last year, we rather quickly found out the gap for the fridge was too small. Being the only place the fridge could go, we ended up moving the entire right side of the kitchen, 6 inches to the left. Took just over a month and we cooked in our living room the entire time.
I'll dig out some photos to post up.

Tracy
