Thank you, but really it is easy....have piping bag, squeeze  it on, and pretty cupcake papers make all the difference.....which I may have a slight obsession in purchasing :P

I was desperate to make a cake as a thank you for someone who took my son out fishing and I found your recipe.  Thank you so much it was lovely very light and tasty.  I made the vanilla version with vanilla bean and it was absolutely delicious.  I can see how it could be modified with fruit, I may try mango next time.  Thank you again for posting recipe

Such a good little recipe! I made double mix and made the lamington version - They were lovely (made 24)

Just wanted to "bump" this recipe and say again how quick, easy, versatile and YUMMY it is!  This morning made the orange cake version, and also the apple cake version to take to work.
