We had Lemon fish and Parmesan wedges from Tenina.com. I served it with roasted Beetroot and Brussels.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

BZB, if you have the little metal dish with the handle (made for the Viva a/f model) 4 tenderloins won't fit side by side in there so I sort of overlapped them on their side into the passata before topping with a little more sauce and sprinklIng with the cheese.

Great wings BZB. Tonight we tried Jamie Oliver's heart sliced beef stew. Delicious.
Last night creamy garlic prawn risotto. Always a favourite in our house.
