Faff how did you go with the corn chips? Did they go uber soggy?
I'm just making this now. I made a doubleish batch. Not 100% double. Some things were doubled. Others not. I used corn intead of the beans due to some sensory issues and I am very proud of myself that I used Corriander. I HATE it! I put it in anyway. I didn't sure salsa either. I just put in some tinned tomatoes and some red capsicums. 19

I have these in the oven at the moment. I used Gluten Free Self Raising Flour. Macro Brand so they are soy free too
280 gr ams yoghurt 120g oil 90g sugar 290g gluten free S/R flour Not sure if they need more fluid ect. Will see how they turn out 20

Just made this!! Wow! So yum. Just like the Sara Lee cake only BETTER!! I made it with whole meal flour and it is still so delicious!

Quick question. Do you knead them by hand after the first rise? WHen you put them into roll form or loaf? I got to page 14 with out anyone bringing it up and didn't want to look through 41 odd pages to see if someone had asked yet!
