I used silicone cupcake moulds

Lovely maddy. Perhaps you should post the picture & link to the recipe in Individual desserts as well - it will be a great thread to go to when entertaining so the more desserts in there the better.

Maddy, that looks fantastic!
When I made this one use cherry flavoured jelly, it gives everyone a nice surprise :)
