Hello All,
Anyone uses substitute Baker Flour with GLUTEN FREE flour to make focaccia before?

It won't work at a straight substitution for as GF flour behaves very differently to wheat flour. There is a yummy GF focaccia recipe on Quirky Jo's blog http://quirkycooking.blogspot.com/2011/03/gluten-free-foccacia.html

nope, definitely can't sub in GF flour in breads, need proper recipes
