So you reckon if we have a few sips Uni, we will be able to fly back home on our own steam, no need to catch a plane  ;D

I made a batch of Whisk's Veg Stock Conc.  It's so much nicer than any of the others I've made before.  The ice cube tray has now gone in the freeze to set before I remove and put into a zip lock bag.  :)

Glad you found it Fundj.  My only alteration was to only add a good pinch of sea salt because I freeze them as you can see.   :D

Today I'm making some sourdough bread using black rice that I got from a cooking class yesterday. Cookies this afternoon as DH has 3 days at car club for a busy bee and chicken and sage for dinner.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

After Rob mentioning a fudge which I had never heard and I believed that I was the fudge queen I have made so much over the years, at present the UK TMX site Scottish tablet fudge Is on cooking - thanks for the link Denise. I am making a choc Scottish fudge though so apologies to any Scots who I may have really offended by changing a hallowed recipe.  Will let you know the result - could need to go into Uni's thread - Disasters I have had......  :)  :) Back in a couple of hours with hopefully the pic - stay tuned  :D  :D
Feel free to have a chuckle but the principles of making confectionery are thrown out the window (eg no stirring of mixture after boiling point is reached) when it comes to thermie - so I taped the sugar thermometer to the machine so that I could see when soft ball temp is reached - stay tuned lovelies!!!!!

To see the finished item, please go to the Christmas section.

Hanging out to see what it turns out like Robyn.  Having a group of friends in for a pre-Christmas BBQ in early December and would like to give them all a little pack of goodies (time permitting).  One is Scottish so I'd love to have some of this in their packs and one is an Australian who just loves any fudge.

Sorry guys, I thought Robyn's Tablet pictures and hints should be put where we will be able to find them more easily i.e. in the Christmas section.  Teething problems with my first moving of a posting and learning as I go  :-))
