A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Oh Yum!  Just downloaded book - don't know where to start.  Have ordered TMX for son and daughter in law for Christmas (special Christmas present this year as new baby due) so will be able to try out some recipes for them.  The Pork Belly sounds wonderful. DIL is Hindu and just loves pork so that might be top of the list.

Wow what a lovely Mum you are, giving your son and DIL a TM for Christmas Deniser.  :) They are going to be over the moon ;) Plenty of cooking and eating all round :D And congratulations on the forthcoming GC :)

Well I haven't looked at this since I bought it - ebooks just aren't for me. Would purchase this again and the desserts one in regular book form.
