I made a Classic loaf yesterday. I’ve just got a Wholemeal loaf from Cookidoo and a Cranberry and Pecan loaf with rye from Cookidoo.

Chookie I’ve looked at RET Cheese bread but haven’t made it.

GS came to remove my old Treadmill. ( I’m getting a new one) I cooked him crumbed calamari, potato gems and coleslaw. He ate this with home made Sweet Chilli Sauce. I’m about to make a third lot. He said his mates put it on everything.
Also made 1/2 batch of Lemon Coconut Slice. Should have made full recipe. Everyone seems to love this.
Made Jamie Oliver’s recipe for Waffles. They stuck on plates of non stick waffle machine. No oil or butter in recipe. I chose this recipe as it is one that uses SR flour.

I made a Vanilla, Hot Milk sponge yesterday as we were having visitors this morning and DH has a meeting tonight that he needs to take some supper. It's from Not Quite Nigella's site.

Boiled the last of the Cumquats. Straining now to make jelly. Made Jamie Oliver’s waffles again. Replaced 20 mils of milk with olive oil. Didn’t stick this time. Gave them to friends.

Made this popular oldie from CP today after going through all my soup printouts. I made the full quantity but somehow I must have put too much water in so I’ll have to drink it from a mug which is fine by me.

Judy, nothing wrong with drinking soup.
I made some Cumquat jelly and also some mixed citrus jam. I added a Granny Smith apple and some carrot as well as Grapefruit juice. Looks and tastes good.
I made up a spread or dip . Mixed-a small can of tuna with Philly light cream cheese  and anchovies together. Not too fishy and spreads easily.

Thanks KAtie. I had some leftover strained liquid from the jelly so used this as base fore the marmalade. Jelled beautifully.
Made the 3 rd lot of sweet chilli sauce today. Also made ratatouille. Also going to make strawberry jam without sugar.

I made a Classic loaf today and also a seeded loaf from Cookidoo. When they were ready to bake DD was using the oven to make some Fudge cookies, so they rose for a little longer. Rather too much actually but they still look ok.

As you can see the seeded loaf really over flowed. It would not stand up right. It was quite tasty though. I’d made it with all the bits of flour I had left over.
