The local service station has a IGA and a take away hot food section. One of the most population take away item are large round Jaffles. The machines are commercial. They make 4 at a time. Iím tempted but have resisted. However Woolies have large fill triangular shaped ones on special. I bought one. The interesting thing is that a slice of bread from  the small loaf made in the bread machine fits perfectly. I hate the edges that you have to trim when you use a large loaf. And yes, I do have a place for in on my appliance shelf.

It sounds very handy Chookie.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Iím thinking of trying different casings . Maybe mountain bread or similar in the Jaffle machine. Judy fillings , no problem. Almost anything.
