Chookie if you look on uTube there are clips which will show you how to completely disassemble it to give it a thorough clean. I did that when my first one wasn’t performing as it should.

Yes I enjoyed it Marina. I like bananas in my smoothies for the sweetness, I find most of the recipes do include them.

Not a good day to come to Adelaide K Atie, it was 40 degrees. Good thing is that in a few hours a cool change is coming in. My pest man came a day earlier than expected to do the final spray so now my house is all back to normal with all 3 beds made up with lovely fresh linen.

Sorry to hear this Margaret, it seems no-one is able to help you at the moment. I’ve virtually lived on Sustagen for over 3 years now, I mix it with milk not water and luckily I love it. Not being able to keep things down is a difficult problem for you though and I guess a dietician hasn’t been able to help much either? I never found them much help so I just came up with my own ideas of adding as many ingredients as I could in the drink to maintain weight. I only have 2 drinks a day plus soft desserts sometimes but no in-between-meal snacks. I really enjoy my couple of Nescafé sachet coffees or lattes, one with breakfast and another one around lunchtime. Don’t give up, continue your search to find someone who can help you.

My poor little grand-dog Jessie after an op to remove these stones from her bladder. Big brother Elliot seems concerned.

Thanks Marina, must send that to SIL in Melbourne. I’ve had a much needed back massage today.

Orange, tomato & capsicum smoothie - 1/2 of the quantities of this recipe https://eatsmarter.com/recipes/orange-tomato-smoothie-with-peppersCertainly different but it had 5 stars from reviews so thought it was worth trying. Mine is a different colour because I added Sustagen. I used roasted red capsicum that I had in the freezer and only 1 tsp soy sauce. It wasn’t bad, I had no trouble drinking it but it wouldn’t be one of my favourites.

Today the whole house was vacuumed then steam cleaned as part of the bug treatment. I didn’t realise they would be doing the tiles and wooden floor as well as the 3 rooms of carpet. It looks great. Also a trip to the dentist.

Yes time will tell Chookie, I have other issues with one eye so we’ll see what happens. Any improvement would be good though, I’m having trouble reading our Sunday Mail these days.
Enjoy your family all together again K Atie.

Cauli and fruit smoothie https://reclaimingyesterday.com/hidden-cauliflower-smoothie/I added an extra cup of almond milk to get the thickness I wanted so it ended up making 2 serves. Mine is a peachy colour as I used red grapes, strawberries, mango and pineapple.
