Spinach and ricotta cannelloni and with the extra ricotta i had left over I made a lemon and ricotta cake which I have posted.

yum BzB & Uni...look forward to the curry recipe...I really don't cook enough seafood in Thermie.

DS had the heads up from school, there's was burgers & fries on the menu at footy club tonight...so boys ate there.
DD wanted tandoori chicken pizza, again
& I made chicken stroganoff - Chelsea style

No idea tonight. I didn't plan any meals this week so it's been whatever DH thinks of which hasn't been very good so far so not holding out for much again tonight. Will teach me to make sure to menu plan on the weekend so he knows what he has to cook.

I have a friend coming for dinner tonight so I have made a vegetable casserole and we will have it with chicken chops and roast potatoes.  Apple crumble for dessert.
