Uni I would love the recipe if you can pm or put it on the forum. I really like the taste of the one on here but would really like a more custard base which yours looks like it  has.

The macaroons look good Mandi. :)

Made another sponge this morning - ginger fluff this time.  Then a batch of M & M cookies for the children.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Surprise visit by DS and GC. Had ES walnut biscuits in freezer,  very handy and very nice.  Whipped up a 1/2 batch of Nay Nay's  scones for morning tea,  made a Lemon Feather cake,  which the kids decorated.  Cooked a chook with the trimmings.  Sitting down now.

Another loaf of bread, peanut butter biscuits and some blueberry scrolls, also ES's roasted pumpkin soup for lunch.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Will try and post photo of lemon Feather Cake,  but turned it into a strawberry cream sponge,  with sprinkles on top.
Cookie love the look of those scrolls.
