You’re a great Grandma Chookie.
It’s so nice to have young people around. I had 4 for dinner last night. It’s nice to see the boys treating the girls with respect. We have great discussions about what they are doing with their work and study. They clean up after the meal and stack the dish washer.

Very well done Cookie.
Today the blind company are coming to install the blinds for my garden room. I probably won’t get the full benefit of these until next Summer..

My knee scooter arrived yesterday - what fun - I could get into a lot of trouble with this zipping around the place.  DH is concerned because I am so accident prone!!
Marina, I’d love to see this.

I over did it with the cooked grains, ( which I add to bread). I’m going to experiment making falafels with some of the mix. I’ll add some besan flour and spices.

Cooked up a large saucepan of mixed grains and seeds. Packed in 100gram packets.  I add this to bread dough.

Marina, interesting. My DIL gave me one. I find chopping on 3 or 4 does the same, that is doesn’t move up the bowl.  Maybe I should try again.

Keeping in mind that spiralised zucchini are called zoodles ... today I made poodle and sweetpoodle soup (clue: think of potato)

Love it. I’m going to make some poodle soup when it cools down. 😀😀😀😀😀
.me too.
Made 5 chicken / veg pies but find 1/2 is enough for a meal. Very filling. Great soup weather.
Going to make the herb paste recipe from Cookidoo.
