Patrick explained that they had done a diagnostic test on my machine, but wasn’t able to say exactly what they found. ( didn’t have the paperwork in front of him). I used the machine for several recipes yesterday with no problems. I said the issue for me wasn’t just the machine not working but the inconvenience of having to pack it up and sending it back. It’s obvious they are worried about litigation as he mentioned several times that they have documented my case. Although not stated I feel that they found a problem and fixed it. If it plays up again, I’ll do as DS says and take a video.
