I love this thread and the photo's posted. You guys must have your cameras permanently set up in the kitchen ready to take photo's.
We had roast lamb and baked veggies with gravy. TM didn't help out at all tonight although I did think about making dessert in TM but decided to do that tomorrow as the recipe I was going to make takes too long and I cant be bothered tonight lol.

lol CC, I just felt like something hot to have with some ice cream. I very rearly have ice cream on its own, And I think that having something hot with ice cream makes you feel warm on these cold frosty nights, but ice cream on its own makes me feel even colder (If that makes sense)

mmm yum  :P, I was going to make the Peaches and Cream dessert actually, but it needs 40 minutes cooking then another 15 min so I decided to make it tomorrow night. Sounds so yummy.

We had teriyaki beef, but DH decided to help... Popped over to see how it was going and saw kecap mania glugging in - he thought it was mirin - oh dear - he used to be quite a good cook but hasn't done hardly any now I have thermie!!! Think I need to get him cooking more... Anyway, removed what I could see, added mirin and left out soy sauce. Tasted a bit sweet but it was still good.

Leftovers from yesterday tonight. Had Vegetable Stew from the Rainbow Recipes book - had to blend it with extra liquid into a smooth soup for fussy DS7, while DS10 who hates soup, enjoyed the chunky stew with the steamed dumplings. Then we finished off with Impossible Lemon Pie and salted caramel maple ice cream.

As I hang my head in shame I'll say we had Red Rooster. Haven't had take away for an eternity. We went to the Good Food and Wine show and we so full of all sorts of goodies that I couldn't be bothered cooking. Had some nice sorbet at the TMX stand. ;D ;D

We had moussaka from the gluten free book.  Nice.....but I used lamb mince instead of beef, so it was a bit on the greasy side.
