I feel so glad that nobody minds my recent pizza overdose (when MR 6 found out we were having pizza again he said 'thanks Mum'! ;D )
Even so, I think I'd better come up with something else for tonight! Ideas anyone.....?

We are heading to the pub for dinner as we are still holidaying in Sunny QLD (and I'm over cooking without my TM).  Having a ball but missing my thermie and my forum buddies!  Can't wait to catch up properly on all the forum threads on Sunday! :)

Guests for dinner with the menu being - tomato soup from UK thermomix with herbed yoghurt bread, scallops with leek (p140) MWOC, Chelsea's creamy prawn and garlic risotto with steamed vegs and moist chocolate dessert cake (AWW recipe which is so simple that it was too much effort to even put mixture in thermie and scrape it out). Overall a great time with great friends and thumbs up for the dishes. :)  :)

Robyn, wish I'd been one of your guests - that menu would have suited me perfectly.

Last night I made yummy creamy chicken pot pies, my first successful recipie conversion!  ;DJust hope I can remember what I did, LOL. Tonight I think I will make beef and vege pies as I have a heap of beef and gravy mixture already made (left over from beef and gravy rolls at the Go Kart cannteen last night) It should make an easy and tasty pie :)
