Didn't think ahead for dinner tonight, so I picked up whilst I was out, a Coles lamb shoulder in a lemon & garlic marinade....slow cooked for 4 hours, and it was really nice.  I also roasted a tray of vegetables in a balsamic/oil/garlic mix.
Mr. Maddy was annoyed I had bought a piece of lamb (when we have 2 lambs in the freezer)....so I told him to shut up & eat...he enjoyed it then thanked me  :P
.........EAT CAKE!

LOL Maddy!
My DH has dinner cooking ATM - something in a dish covered in foil......  ??? Just asked him, apparently it is chicken and pasta in gravy out of the freezer which I made before I had the bub.  :D

I think I'll have some of the apple crumble I just made - have to make sure it tastes OK before I freeze it  ;)

Can you take frozen food cookie? Coles have frozen mash potato, DD loves it.

quirky Jo's brown rice and chicken soup, Maddy's Parmesan bread, and Julie O's fruit loaf for dessert if we have any room left.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Made Malaysia's national dish for dinner (well, one of them anyway). Nasi lemak, nyonya chicken curry, sambal spinach and sambal ikan bilis.

That looks lovely BZB. My DDhas just asked if you make 'carrot cake'?

Cookie, I like fried carrot cake too but have not attempted making it before. A bit fiddly. The cake itself is not that hard, I think. Steam some chopped up radish. Frying it to get the right smoky flavour is probably quite tricky. My mom tried it 3-4 times and has yet to perfect it.
