Last night was stuffed beef rolls, baked potato and twice cooked cheesy cauliflower :)

Tuna patties with steamed veg for everyone else tonight.  Nothing for me as I have to have a colonoscopy tomorrow so Iwill be drinking that foul liquid that will keep me on the run :-))

Kimmy, those rolls look good. I've got to search for the recipe. Have yet to attempt making bread with the TMX.

DH  and DD cooked dinner tonight as I've had gastro for the last two days. They made omelettes and they were delicious. :)
