About to place my order!

Hi all,

I joined up here in January of this year, but hubby vetoed the purchase of a Thermie then...boo!  But, tonight, we are signing up - it's my husbands' present to me for our 20th wedding anniversary!  I've wanted a Thermomix for about 3 years now, and I am so excited I am almost crying - how tragic is that!

And now after the paperwork - the wait...the longest most agonising wait ever!

Can't wait to check the rest of the Forum out and meet you all.

Congratulations, realisation!  First of all for your 20th -how special is that! . . and I think your DH might have had this in mind when he vetoed the purchase initially??  What a lovely gift - and it will change both your lives!!  Welcome to the forum - you'll have heaps of fun here and learn heaps!!  We all look forward to hearing more from you and what you're churning out of that magic little machine!! :)

Congratulations!!! I totally feel your excitement, when my mum rang me to tell me she and dad were buying me a thermie, I really did cry!!

Congratulations on your new baby Natalia.  The waiting after you've put in your order is so hard....  at least you should have it before christmas.  Use the time to stock up the panty and work out what you are going to make first.  It's an exciting time.

Hi realisation, welcome to the forum.  I do hope you are able to take delivery before Christmas.  It sounds like it was a plan of your DH's as a gift for your 20th anniversary - congratulations on both counts and if you feel like having a cry, go ahead and have one.  They will be happy tears.

Welcome Natalia, most of the men are put off by the price, but once it has arrived and weaves it's magic he will be sprouting how he bought it for you.  And he will be enjoying all the marvelous creations that you are about to cook.
