Egg-free chocolate cake?

Has anyone got a lovely tmx recipe for an eggless choc cake?  Trying to make a birthday cake for a friend whose son is allergic to eggs.  ;D
I was sure I had a recipe, but can't find it  :-))

Egg replacer usually works pretty well. Available at most supermarkets.

I have eaten many cakes using this and most have been fine. Avoid anything with more than 2 eggs that need replacing.
