Nice cooking Cookie.

Love the bread Chookie . Stewed home grown pears today . In the mail I got Dani V's new book Entertaining . Made fig and lime jam . Mango coconut and lychee icy poles .nothing like getting a new cook book and making two recipes straight away . Also cooked Wild Duck that a nice local dropped in with 3 ducks .

Astarra, love the triangular rolls. Where did you get the tins? Triangular loaves were served in Sweden, at a hotel where we stayed.99 I

Katie perhaps you'd like to post some reviews for the recipes you've done from Dani's new book.

Judy just posted reviews on Dani Valent's recipes . Once you open the book it is easy to say many recipes will be tried .

Thanks a lot Katie.  I've moved your reviews then linked them to the original topic.  If you could add your page numbers to your reviews that would be helpful too.  Unfortunately I don't have an index I can post for this book, the books I have for the competition are sealed and I don't want to break that seal.
