It will be a lovely day Chookie.

I made some Peanut Biscuits from the Thermomix Baking book. You mill the peanuts to start, but then after saying to set them aside the recipe doesn't say when to put them back in. Not good really, it didn't worry me but I'm sure some people would wonder.

More visitors today.   So I made another batch of Lemon Cupcakes, a loaf of Superfast Dutch Oven Bread, Creamy Cauliflower & Broccoli Soup for lunch and a sausage casserole for dinner tonight.

Nice cooking Margaret.
It is annoying when recipes leave instructions out cookie.
An easy birthday party Chookie, way to go.

Yesterday I found a large jar of Coconut paste in the pantry. I searched for recipes in which to use it.  Not many that were of interest.  There was a Thai pumpkin curry that looked ok. I put some into protein balls and this was good.   I would like to use it in Biscuits. I am wondering if I could substitute 1/2 the butterin a biscuit recipe with this paste. ( it is not coconut oil)   Any ideas please ?
Yesterday made cake release , mayo and protein balls.

I have no idea about the coconut paste Chookie. I made a batch of tomato paste and a batch of Passata today. I will probably do some more tomorrow. I picked up another box of ripe tomatoes for $10.

When is Ral's big day, Chookie?

Lentil soup, vege stew and an eggplant casserole on my list this weekend.

Chicken stir fry and trout in filo.
Marina, on the 1 st July we are having a family lunch for Ral. DD is driving to Melbourne in our van to collect the prepared lunch. DS and family are collecting the cake from Brunetti. I am doing very little.  Making bread rolls and apple sauce. Also some dips.

It all sounds very exciting. I have made a Cherry and Chocolate Brioche that sits I n the fridge overnight. It is from one of Tenina's books.

My DD recommended that I make this, she raves about it. Cheap to make. I did sauté the onion and garlic in my TM before adding it to my SC. Just making the sauce part today.
No good for you Chookie but maybe your GC might like it. ;D

CC, I checked out the recipe, thanks for the link.
I have read about Jack before and she is amazing and very practical. This recipe is cooked in the same size SC that I have used for bread.
I could use the recipe by replacing the onion with leek. I can also eat the green onion tops and often add these at the end for that onion ‘ kick’.
