Nice cooking Chookie and Cookie.

I bought a new pie maker this weekm my old one only has two holes and is small.   Made the filling yesterday and will make it into pies today.  Also made a batch of Hally's Ham Cheese and Zucchini Pizza Scrolls.  All eaten by family.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I made DJ's Fruit Loaf  yesterday but I put orange zest, choc chips and pistachios in it. The flavour is wonderful. I had to try 2 pieces to make https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=13061.msg361991#msg361991sure.

Nice baking Chookie.  Were the bread rolls done in the pie maker?

Yesterday's cooking was meat & vegetable pies, mini quiches - all eaten for lunch, and I used the pastry scraps to make sweet and savoury bits and pieces.

Chookie, I saw in another post that you had used the pie maker for the rolls.  Perhaps I should read everything before posting. ???

Great baking ladies.  On the pie maker websites the ladies are making so many different snacks with their machines. Love the look of your rolls Chookie, rustic.

Nothing here today apart from dinner. Margaret and Chookie your food looks delicious. You now have a choice where to cook your rolls Chookie.

Today I made Cinnamon rolls in the pie machine.  Not as light as baked in the oven, but still ok. Used JulieO S recipe.  Made 1/2 and into 9 rolls.
Also made 3 dozen sausage rolls, 3 bread sticks and 12 plain rolls.
DD was to have a Birthday party for her 50 th at Tuki Trout farm Restaurant, but GD has hurt her neck so have had to postpone booking.
GS rang and asked for help in hosting aBBQparty at their home. He is 14.  Not too bad for a teenager.
I texted DS and asked him to pick up a cake from Brunetti.

DH asked about cooking eggs in the pie maker ! He cooked DS Birthday breakfast eggs in the sandwich maker served with smoked salmon on top .
Chookie hope DD had a good birthday and GD neck is OK . Sounds like GS is very capable .
Might have to look at Brunetti next time .

Inspired by Cookie, I made DJ's Fruit Loaf.  Family liked it and DS took the last bit around to his GF.  Quite a bit of food seems to make its way there. :-))
