That’s not good cookie, I hope the walking helps it.
Great going Ral, an enjoyable hour no doubt.

I was tempted to go to Creswick market yesterday, but didn't, I am sorry now that I missed it.  Such good news that Ral was able to amble around for a while, that would be a huge boost to him.

Cookie hope everything gets back to normal soon.

Cookie, that must be painful. I admire your dedication to exercise.
Marina, the Creswick Market has improved since you and DH were there last year.
Visitors tomorrow so making a Cottage pie and Apple CakeTart. No wine for Ral while on treatment.

Oh gosh, that's no good Ral. Chookie I HATE exercise but it does help my blood sugar. I try to make myself do it.

K Atie that is so good for DS.  The country fire brigades are so important.
I have put my little Roomba to work.  I gave it a service and it seems very happy.

Wonderful news.

We drove down toBusselton today. It was pretty hot. We actually have the air con on in the van at the moment and it’s 8pm. Most unusual to need to do this here.

We didn’t do a lot today. Had a bit of a drive round and an afternoon nap. It was hot last night and of course being in the van we didn’t have our ceiling fan. We then went for a walk down to the beach and back as thunder rumbled, no rain though.
