How would a mornay go using white fish Judy?

We are having chicken gnocchi in a cheese sauce with green veggies added in.

It would be OK cookie but I’m a bit over white sauce based food at the moment. I will make a fish pie when I feel like going down that track.

We are having  Beef Cannelloni with steamed veg.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I’ve had an induction hot plate for years but only seem to use it when we have a lot of guests and serving buffet .
Made Spag Bol for dinner last night. DD and GS come each Tuesday night for dinner. I always make garlic bread for GS.  Usually just mash fresh garlic into butter and add parsley, salt and pepper. Saw the ratio of garlic to butter recommended yesterday. 1 clove of garlic to 1 tablespoon of butter.  Was good.
Tonight fish and chips.
