A few meals out in the paddock, duck breasts was the special one !! Nothing fresh to eat so scratched around the freezer to find them . A very lazy last paddock meal , home from a big day so Woolworths roast loin of pork and a couscous salad and quinoa mint broccoli salad all Woolies! Tonight was apricot chicken legs slowly cooked for a few hours .

Found a bottle of homemade tomato sauce and added extra veggies as a base for beef meatballs. Zucchini glut so split in half and roasted in AF. Made simple salad ,dressed with homemade fruit vinegar.

We had a quiche. The shell for it was potato blitzed in the thermomix and then all the liquid squeezed out. Mixed with 40g melted butter and then pressed into the dish. Baked at 180° for 30 minutes and then egg etc added and cooked. It was nice.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Lamb back straps ,sweet potato bake pre cooked in TMX then oven ,beans . DS home and was full !

Lamb steaks in a red currant sauce for the men with potato mash, butter beans, asparagus & grilled tomatoes.  A curried vegetable dish on mashed potatoes for me.

BBQue Lamb loin chops , Greek salad and a brought couscous salad .just the two of us tonight .

Chicken stir fry , doubled the chicken ended up spreading it yuk .
Tonight lion lamb chops baked potato and Greek salad , also avocado and baby spinach leaves . Paddock dinner for DH DD !
