Roast butterfly lamb , roasted cauliflower pumpkin sweet potato carrot and eggplant with anchovies. Dessert was crunchie ginger bars with vanilla custard!! from In Good Company . Just thermised it !

Was going to have Baked salmon, but have just read an article about the farming of Tasmanian salmon. Has put me off. Organic pork fillet sounds better.

We are having our typical caravan food. Grilled steak and salad. Lucky we can use the gas as the caravan park/town have lost power.
