They look so good Amy!!! Very very impressive!!

Made a torta caprese to take on a very very long overdue catchup with a woman I went to teachers college with many moons ago. Thought I'd left in the oven a little too long but thought I'd take it anyway and suggest they keep it and have it with ice cream :). Put some strawberries / blueberries on top. But they insisted on trying some and seemed delighted with it. So now not feeling so bad...

Today I have made chocolate moouse, amys quiches & these.
Not sure what they are meant to look like. I cooked them for 5 mins, but some are not crispy.
