Thanks so much ladies :D :D :D I took photos of the finished cakes but I can't get them to load :( Will keep trying :)

Astarra, I'm glad you're having fun with the cookbook ;D

DG, would have to have a few naughty things on the menu so I could play around with chocolate and stuff ;D

MAddy's cheese & bacon rolls.  A trifle with left over bits of cake & fruit.  Not sure what it will taste like but it looks ok. :)

My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

I got the photos of my cakes! Yay! ;D
The top ones are beach cakes, made from ILB chocolate cake.
The bottom one is one of the carrot cake loaves, I made 4 of them, from Ozzy-dj's recipe.
